Indiana Tech is seeking to fill a part-time women’s lacrosse graduate assistant position. Primary off the field duties will be planning, development, recruiting and administration of all phases of the program. Assist with the organization and supervision of practices and game management. This position requires the ability to teach strategies, and training techniques, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various groups, both verbally and in writing. The graduate assistant must provide effective leadership to student-athletes to encourage successful academic development and competitive performance. Assist in preparation and implementation of camps, recruiting visits and clinics. Maintain knowledge and remain current regarding all appropriate NAIA, WHAC, Department of Athletics, and University compliance issues, policies, and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have minimum education requirements of a bachelor's degree. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver for the institution.
